Hirime ("we", "us", or "our") operates hirime.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep it short and plain.

Email address. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's the only personal data we request during the pre-launch phase.

Usage data. We may collect basic analytics such as page views, referral source, country, and browser type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies (e.g. to remember your theme preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To notify you when Hirime launches or reaches a milestone.
• To send you early access invitations and product updates.
• To understand how people discover and use our site so we can improve it.

We will never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Email addresses collected via the waitlist form are stored securely with our email service provider. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. We retain waitlist data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use the following types of third-party services:

• Email delivery — to send you waitlist confirmations and launch updates.
• Analytics — privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to measure site traffic.
• Hosting — our site is hosted on a third-party cloud infrastructure provider.

Each provider processes only the data necessary to perform its function and is contractually bound to protect it.

You have the right to:

Hirime is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as our product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are significant, we'll notify waitlist members by email.
